Colin Prosser

Colin joined Effective Recoveries in August 2010.  Colin has over 35 years experience in the credit industry in various roles.  Colin's knowledge of debt collection is extensive, and he keeps up to date on all new changes in the law relating to the credit industry.  Colin is a strong believer in training your credit team and is available to talk about all the topics that your credit team needs to be aware of when dealing with debtors.

Peter McKay – Director

Peter was, in a previous life, vice president of Citibank and has conducted his own business as a finance broker for 20 years. As such, he understands the importance of getting money in! Peter has experience in all areas of the debt management process, including setting up systems to assist you in improving cashflow.

Tracey Rothwell – Director/Solicitor

Tracey Rothwell is one of the masterminds behind the concept and the set up of Effective Recoveries. Tracey has over 20 years experience in practising in all areas of commercial litigation and insolvency. Her vast legal background and knowledge is a key to the way in which the debt collection process is managed at Effective Recoveries.

Geoff Grecian - Senior Collector

Geoff Grecian has been with Effective Recoveries for over 5 years and is responsible for pre-litigation debt collection. Geoff’s managed ledgers from hundreds of small debts to large “one off” collections. Geoff’s manner with debtors is extremely effective in getting payment from even the most recalcitrant debtor. Geoff’s background is banking, having been general manager of a building society and subsequently a senior manager with Citibank, when the building society was acquired by it. He has an amicable approach which helps in the debt collection process.

Kylie Musgrove – Senior Collector

Kylie has been at Effective Recoveries for 5 years and has had vast experience in collections for many major clients. Kylie is very approachable and can assist with everything from your collection and legal problems as well as administration requirements such as reporting and file set up.
