IF WE DON’T COLLECT THE DEBT, WE DON’T CHARGE COMMISSION

Our services to you are totally performance based. If we are unable to collect the debt, we do not charge you any fees.

Fees are subject to negotiation. We take into account the amount of debts referred to us for collection, the size of those debts and the overall value of debts to be collected.

We are more than confident that you will find our fees very competitive. As a boutique collection agency we are able to keep our commission rates low.

MANAGEMENT FEES
DISBURSEMENTS (photocopying, faxes, postage)

We will confirm the commission rate you can expect to be charged on collection of the debt upon receipt of your initial instructions. We stick by this advice!

We can commence action on your debtors within 24 hours of you providing us with:

A signed authority to act on your behalf, which includes all of your contact details, and
An accounts for collection form which includes all contact details of the debtor/s and details of the debt/s owing to you.

When your authority and accounts for collection form is received, one of our staff will contact you to confirm and agree on a commission rate ( payable only on amount collected).

*Please note – if you have a high volume of accounts for collection we can arrange a more suitable way of receiving the required data from you.
